Meet Our Board of Directors

We are honored to introduce the newly appointed Board of Directors of Demoiselle 2 Femme, NFP—a powerful reflection of our legacy, our impact, and our future!

What began in 1994 with 14 girls has now come full circle: our current board is composed of 14 exceptional D2F alumni, representing various eras and chapters of our organization. These dynamic women bring a wealth of experience across multiple fields, including medicine, law, mental health, research, accounting, entrepreneurship, and STEM. This moment is made even more meaningful as several board members are now mothers of girls who participated in the Alpha Chapter pilot of our Signature Program, continuing the legacy across generations.

At Demoiselle 2 Femme, our mission is to empower girls in their transition to womanhood—academically, socially, and spiritually. This board embodies that mission in motion. As former participants turned professionals and leaders, they now return to steward the organization that helped shape them.

As we celebrate over 30 years of service, we are profoundly proud to be guided by this passionate, purpose-driven collective of women. Their lived experiences, leadership, and love for D2F ensure that our work will continue to flourish for generations to come.
