We implement girl-centered, holistic youth development programs that cultivate leadership, purpose, and self-actualization through gender-responsive and evidence-informed approaches.
Incubate & Innovate
Through our D2F Incubation House, we utilize human-centered design to develop, reimagine, refine, and launch programs, organizations, curricula, and initiatives, including the Christian Guild, Coalition on Urban Girls (CUG), SECAG, Hope Network of Schools, and others.
Educate & Train
We offer evidence-informed training, professional development, and capacity-building through our 3-D Curriculum, workshops, local and national conference presentations, and publications.
Collaborate for Impact
With over 75 cross-sector and faith-based partners, D2F leverages the power of collaboration to strengthen programs, expand reach, and drive systemic change in the lives of girls and communities.
Research & Evaluate
We advance community-driven research through university partnerships and field-based inquiry, informing policy, shaping practice, and amplifying girls' lived experiences.
